Kathmandu → Kyirong

Drive from Kathmandu to the Nepal–Tibet border and into Kyirong town. Check in and rest. Overnight in Kyirong.

Rest Day in Kyirong (Acclimatization)

Full rest day in Kyirong to acclimatize to the altitude. Explore the surroundings at a gentle pace. Overnight in Kyirong.

Kyirong → Saga (4,450m)

Drive 232 km to the town of Saga. Overnight in hotel.

Saga → Paryang (4,558m) → Lake Manasarovar (4,600m)

Long drive of approximately 507 km (8–9 hrs) across the Tibetan plateau via Paryang to reach the sacred Lake Manasarovar. Overnight at guesthouse by the lake.

Lake Manasarovar → Darchen (4,575m)

Short 40 km drive to Darchen, the base village for the Kailash Kora. Overnight at guesthouse.

Kailash Kora Day 1: Darchen → Dira-Puk (5,000m)

Begin the sacred 52 km Kailash Parikrama. The 15 km trail to Dira-Puk Monastery takes approximately 7 hours with stunning views of Mt. Kailash's north face. Overnight at guesthouse.

Kailash Kora Day 2: Dira-Puk → Zuthul Puk

Trek 18 km with 550m ascent and 600m descent (6–7 hrs), crossing the high Drölma La Pass (5,636m). Overnight at Zuthul Puk guesthouse.

Complete Kora → Saga

Complete the final stretch of the Kailash Parikrama and return to Darchen. Drive to Lake Manasarovar and continue to Saga. Overnight in hotel.

Saga → Kyirong

After breakfast, drive back toward the Nepal border to Kyirong. Overnight in hotel.

Kyirong → Kathmandu

Drive to the Nepal–Tibet border, complete immigration formalities, and drive back to Kathmandu. End of services.
